Baby Unicorn Word Page with Rainbow and Castle

Coloring guide
In the middle of the page stands a smiling baby unicorn with one front hoof lifted, big sparkly eyes and a spiral horn. Her long wavy mane and tail flow around her, decorated with flowers, and a few small hearts sit on her side. A big rainbow arches behind her over a fairytale castle with pointed towers and flags, set on a winding hill path. The sky is filled with clouds, stars, sparkles and hearts, and flowers and leaves grow along the ground. Bubble letters across the bottom spell UNICORN, filled with tiny stars, hearts and dots. There's plenty to color here, from big mane sections to small patterns, and it's free to print. Bright stripes on the rainbow, pastel pinks and purples in the mane, and a different shade for each letter make the word pop. Crayons, markers or colored pencils all work well at home or in class. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the rainbow arcs across the top: color the outer band rose pink, the next bands sky blue and lemon yellow, and leave the sky area white.
- 2Color the mane and tail in long flowing strokes, using sky blue, lemon yellow, rose pink, coral pink and ocean blue, with a little lavender purple near the ears and top of the head.
- 3Fill the grass and hills with lime green and grass green, add light green on the castle hill, and keep the unicorn's body, face and legs white.
- 4Color the castle in light gray, the horn in golden yellow, and the flowers in baby pink, pale sky blue and lilac. Leave the eye whites and the heart on the body white.
- 5Finish the UNICORN letters by alternating lavender purple, pale sky blue, orange, baby pink and lime green, then add the small stars and hearts in lemon yellow or lilac.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shade of sky blue and lavender purple along the tail curls to make the mane look more dimensional.
