Dancing Joy With Arms Wide, Inside Out Headquarters
Coloring guide
Right in the middle of the page, Joy from Inside Out flings both arms wide and kicks one foot back like she's mid-dance. She has a huge open-mouth smile, big sparkly eyes and short spiky hair. Her sleeveless dress is scattered with flower shapes, and she's barefoot. Curved shelves on both sides hold rows of round memory orbs, and two round control consoles sit at the lower left and right edges. Large shapes and clean outlines keep it easy for younger kids, and all those orbs give older kids plenty to do. Maybe make the dress bright yellow with a different color on each flower, and turn the orbs into a mix of blues, pinks and purples. Print or download it free for a classroom project or weekend craft. - 1Fill the big background wall areas and the top ceiling with light blue, leaving the lower floor area for later.
- 2Color the shelf frames and the lower floor base with bright blue, then add the teal blue band across the middle of the floor.
- 3Fill the balls row by row: bright red at the top, tangerine orange, golden yellow, grass green and lavender purple at the bottom, and color the round disc edges with khaki.
- 4Color the dress with coral pink, the mouth too, and the hair with chestnut brown, leaving the eye whites and the small eye shines white.
- 5Color the face, arms, neck and legs with peach skin, then add the golden yellow floor stripes and the yellow discs.
- 6Optional: add a little warm gray shading along the arm and under the hair for a bit of depth.
