Dribbling a Soccer Ball Past Cones

Coloring guide
A smiling boy runs a soccer ball down a zigzag line of five traffic cones. He wears a short-sleeved shirt with striped sleeves, shorts, tall socks and cleats, and he looks happy and focused with his arms bent. The grassy field is dotted with tufts, and in the background you can spot a goal with a net, a leafy tree on the left and a few small bushes along the horizon. A water bottle with a loop cap sits on the grass at the lower right. Kids who love soccer practice will enjoy this free printable. Orange cones look great, and so does a shirt in your favorite team color and a black and white ball. Green grass and a blue sky behind the goal round it out. Fans of Soccer coloring pages often like Cheerleading and MLB / Baseball as well.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the skin areas: color the face, ears, neck, arms, hands, knees and legs with light peach.
- 2Color the hair on top of the head with chestnut brown, and the tree trunk too.
- 3Fill the t-shirt, both shoes and the water bottle with bright blue, leaving the stripes on the shirt and the shorts white.
- 4Color the three cones you see in the front and right side with tangerine orange, then color the bushes and tree canopy with leaf green and forest green.
- 5Color the dark patches on the soccer ball with charcoal black, keeping the white panels, socks, shorts and goal net white.
- 6Optional: Add a little lime green to the small ankle sock and a light touch of darker shading on the shirt for depth.
