Elm Leaf Outline With Veins and Serrated Edge

Coloring guide
A single large leaf fills the page, standing upright with a short curved stem at the bottom and a pointed tip at the top. The edge has small jagged teeth all the way around, and a thick center vein runs from the stem to the tip. Thinner side veins branch off in neat diagonal lines on both halves, curving upward toward the edges. The leaf is wider near the middle and slightly uneven at the base, and the plain white background leaves lots of room. This free printable page is a nice fit for a fall nature walk. Let kids hold a real leaf next to the page and compare the vein pattern, then color the sections between the veins in different shades of green, yellow, and orange. Crayons or colored pencils work well for the narrow spaces.
