Excited Boy and Crowd Admiring a Captain America Statue

A statue of Captain America stands on a rocky base in the middle of the page, wearing a mask with an A on the forehead, a star on his chest, and utility straps across his suit. He holds a large round-bottomed shield with a star and stripes in front of him. Two more figures in military-style jackets and caps stand on either side, and their faces are left blank like mannequins in a museum display. In the foreground, a crowd of visitors is seen from behind. A man in a baseball cap holds a finger to his lips, and a smiling boy points up at the display. Try coloring the shield in classic red, white, and blue, then pick muted stone tones for the rock base so the statue stands out. Teachers could ask kids to make up a name card for the exhibit. This printable scene works well for a rainy afternoon.
