Family Bike Ride Through the Park for Earth Day

Heading straight toward you is a smiling grown-up in a helmet on a bike, with a boy and a girl pedaling happily on either side, each wearing a helmet too. The boy has on a T-shirt and shorts, and the girl's ponytail pokes out the back of her helmet. They roll along a curving park path lined with leafy trees, bushes and little tufts of grass. Fluffy clouds fill the sky and a small bird flies above. Little hands can handle the large shapes on the shirts, helmets and trees, while the wheels and spokes give older kids something finer to work on. Try blue, red and green helmets so each rider pops against soft green trees. Print it at home and add it to your pile.
