Happy Globe With Leafy Branches for Earth Day

Coloring guide
This round planet Earth has big sparkly eyes, little curved eyebrows and a wide, happy smile. Wavy lines outline the continents across its face, and each landmass leaves lots of room for small hands to color. Two leafy branches curve up from underneath on the left and right, a bit like a wreath holding the globe. Because the outlines are bold and the shapes are large, preschoolers and early elementary kids should have no trouble with it. It's a handy one for a classroom Earth Day activity or a calm afternoon at home. Blue oceans, green and brown land, and a few different greens on the leaves would look great. Just print it out and you're ready to go. More like this: explore the Earth Day, Halloween and Halloween Pumpkins coloring page collections.

- 2Color all the continents, the islands at the top, and the bottom land with light green.
- 3Color most of the leaves with light green, and the darker leaves on each side with leaf green.
- 4Fill the open mouth with bright red and the tongue at the bottom of the mouth with soft pink.
- 5Leave the eye whites and the background around the globe and leaves white for a clean look.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of sky blue or leaf green near the edges for a bit of depth.
