Family Gathered Around Hot Pot Reunion Dinner

Five family members stand around a large round table with a steaming hot pot in the middle. A tall man in a jacket with knot buttons rests his hands on a smiling little boy in front of him. Next to them is an older man with a long beard and a wrist wrap, reaching toward the pot with chopsticks. An elderly woman with her hair in a bun smiles with her eyes closed, and a young woman with a long side braid and a head wrap stands at the end. Small bowls and chopsticks sit at each place, and six plates of food are arranged along the front of the table. Try coloring the hot pot broth a bright red and giving each plate a different food color, then ask kids to guess what each dish could be. This free printable also works well for talking about reunion dinners with several generations.
