Fire Truck Ride Blippi Coloring Page
Coloring guide
Behind the steering wheel of a chunky fire truck sits a cheerful kid in a big firefighter helmet, grinning out through the windshield. Both hands hold the wheel, and you can see the seat behind the child. The truck has a round-cornered cab with two lights on the roof, a grille with horizontal bars, round headlights and two small bumper lights. A ladder rests on top, and a big coiled hose sits on the side with a nozzle hanging beneath it. Thick, clean outlines and large open areas work well for preschoolers and early elementary kids learning to stay inside the lines. Red for the truck body, yellow for the helmet and ladder, and gray for the grille and hose is a good combo. Print or download it free for a classroom project or weekend craft. Looking for more? A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big red areas: color the whole truck body, roof, and front panel with bright red, leaving the lower bumper plates white.
- 2Fill the ladder, mirrors, bumper, and side tool box with light gray, then color the tires and wheel areas charcoal gray.
- 3Color the windshield and side window with sky blue, and the two roof lights with bright blue.
- 4Draw the boy next: peach for his face, hands, and ears, brown for his hair, and bright red for his helmet with a golden yellow badge on top. Leave the eye whites white.
- 5Color the boy's shirt and the coiled hose reel with golden yellow, and the headlights with pale yellow, keeping the bumper plates and highlights white.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of charcoal gray along the tires and under the helmet for a little depth.
