Flintstones Family Squeeze: Fred, Wilma, Pebbles and Dino
Coloring guide
Fred Flintstone throws his big arms around Wilma and baby Pebbles for a squeezy family hug, and Dino the pet dinosaur pushes in at the bottom with his tongue hanging out. Fred is in his spotted caveman outfit with a jagged hem, grinning wide. Wilma stands at his side with her swirled hair and a chunky bead necklace. Pebbles is held up in the middle with her little hair bone tied in a topknot. Motion lines around the edges make the hug feel lively. No background here, so the characters get all the attention. The shapes are large, which suits young colorers, and this one is free to print. Orange with black spots for Fred, and bright red or teal beads for Wilma's necklace, would look nice. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with Fred's big tunic in bright orange, including the lower hem and the sides of the tunic, and leave the white spots of the tunic for later.
- 2Color all the skin areas in peach: Fred's arms, legs, face and feet, Wilma's arms and legs, and Pebbles' face, arms and hands.
- 3Fill Wilma's and Pebbles' hair in red orange, including Wilma's bun and the curls on top of her head.
- 4Color Dino in medium purple with a light pink head, a rose pink tongue, and a bright orange ball near his collar, then add a pale blue collar and a few dark violet shadows.
- 5Finish with Fred's sky blue collar, black hair and hair band, Pebbles' grass green dress, and tan on Pebbles' hand. Optional: add a little darker shading on the shadowed side of Fred's tunic and Dino's body, and keep the eye whites, Wilma's dress, and Pebbles' bow white.
