Sitting up on round little feet, this cheerful Hatchimal holds both arms out to the sides, like it's waving hello or showing off its big smile. It has large sparkly eyes with lashes, a round dark nose, an open grin with a tiny tongue, floppy ears and a small tuft on its head. Little wings stick out behind each arm. The most fun part to color is the big oval belly shaped like an egg, filled with rows of scalloped feather marks. No background here, just one friendly character. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the big round head, both arms, the top ear and the side ears with caramel brown, leaving the eyes and the front tooth white.
- 2Color the lower body and both legs caramel brown, working around the egg-shaped belly.
- 3Fill the egg-shaped belly, the inner ear flaps, and the feet and paws with pale cream.
- 4Color the inside of the open smile rosy red, keeping the front tooth white.
- 5Add the white shine spots in both eyes last, leaving them uncolored so they pop.
- 6Optional: Add a few soft darker brown strokes along the edges of the head and arms for a little depth.
