Opening Presents With a Puppy in a Box, The Grinch Coloring Page
Coloring guide
Sitting on the floor, a big, shaggy creature with a wide smile and a round nose pulls at the ribbon bow on a large wrapped gift. Next to it, a little floppy-eared puppy peeks out of an open cardboard box, paws resting on the rim. Three more presents sit behind them: one with a big bow and striped paper, one with polka dots, and one with a ribbon around the middle. Along the bottom you'll spot two rolls of wrapping paper (one dotted, one striped), a spool of ribbon, a loose bow and a curly ribbon strip. The fur is fun to scribble over and the spaces come in many sizes, so beginners and older kids can both enjoy this free printable. Bright green for the creature and golden-brown ears for the puppy could be fun, with red and gold on the bows and the polka-dot paper. - 2Fill the big present box and the striped gift on top with bright red, adding the wide stripes and polka dots in white.
- 3Color the cardboard box and its flaps kelly green, then fill the puppy's head and paws with caramel orange.
- 4Color the purple gift box with royal purple and the polka dot gift on the right with sky blue, keeping the white dots clear.
- 5Add the big bows, ribbons and spool in golden yellow, then use a darker green or red on the striped wrapping rolls. Optional: add a little darker shading under the Grinch and the boxes to make them pop.
