Fresh Cookie Tray Coming Out of the Oven
Coloring guide
Here a hand in a quilted oven mitt slides a baking tray out of an open oven. Six chocolate chip cookies sit warm in two neat rows, with curly lines of steam rising above them. The oven has four round knobs, a small display panel and two burners on top, plus a rack and a pulled-down door below. Behind the stove, a potted plant and two lidded canisters sit on the counter, with cabinet doors on both sides. Kids who like baking or kitchen scenes will enjoy it, and the cookies are big enough for small hands. Golden brown cookies with dark brown chips look right, and a bright red or blue checkered mitt adds fun contrast. Print it free for a rainy afternoon or a baking day. This fits right in with our Cookie coloring pages — see also Baby and Hot Dog.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big oven body: color the oven front and control panel sky blue, and the side cabinets honey orange.
- 2Fill the oven door glass with soft teal and the lower oven front and door edges with sky blue, leaving the thin white borders around them.
- 3Color the oven back wall charcoal gray, leaving the steam swirl lines uncolored, then shade the baking tray and oven rack in silver gray.
- 4Fill the six cookies with honey orange, then add a few small charcoal gray dots for chocolate chips.
- 5Color the oven mitt coral pink with a bright red cuff, and fill the plant leaves with leaf green and the plant pot with terracotta orange.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading on the tray and the oven edges, and keep the background white for a clean look.
