Friendly Square Head Robot Standing on a Hill

A smiling robot stands in the middle of the page with a rectangular head, big round eyes with shiny pupils, and a small antenna with a ball on top. Round ear pieces sit on each side of its head. The boxy body has a panel with three circles, and the arms have round shoulder joints, cuffs at the wrists, and open claw hands. Circle knees and chunky boots finish the legs. Behind it you'll find a sun with short rays, two small clouds, and tufts of grass along a gentle hill. Try this one as a shape hunt before coloring: have kids point out every circle, rectangle, and square, then pick one color for each shape type. The three circles on the chest panel are perfect for a red, yellow, and green pattern, and the free printable works well for a quick classroom activity.
