Sledding With Presents and a Puppy, The Grinch Page
Coloring guide
Here a big, fluffy, smiling character in a pom-pom winter hat and scarf holds the ropes of a wooden sled as it heads downhill. A happy puppy with a collar and tag sits right next to them. The sled behind is piled high with wrapped gifts, each with a bow, all tied down with rope. A large full moon with crater details hangs in the sky over snowy hills and little evergreens. Our category is The Grinch, but this character doesn't have a clearly recognizable design, so think of it as a cozy holiday sledding scene. There's wood grain, fur texture and gift patterns to color on this free printable. Red and green stripes would look good on the scarf and hat, and each present can get its own bright wrapping paper. - 2Color the Santa suit, hat and gift wrap in bright red, and fill the sled runners with brick red.
- 3Fill the puppy in tangerine orange and give the collar and tongue their own colors, bright red and rose pink.
- 4Color the sled planks in caramel brown and the gift boxes and bows in forest green, sky blue, royal blue and marigold yellow.
- 5Add the moon craters in pale yellow and the tree shapes in grass green, keeping the snowy branches white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading in the same color at the edges of the suit and sled for depth.
