Gingerbread House with Tiny Hearts and Candy Trees

Gingerbread House with Tiny Hearts and Candy Trees coloring page

Coloring guide

A little gingerbread house sits front and center, topped with a thick, wavy layer of icing on the roof and tiny hearts scattered across the walls. A heart-shaped scroll decoration with curly swirls hangs above a wooden plank door that has a round knob and knotty wood grain. Two windows with open shutters and cross-shaped panes each have a flower box underneath, decorated with hearts and swirls. Along the bottom, wrapped candies with patterned centers sit beside the door, and a round lollipop-style tree stands on each side. Try coloring the wrapped candies in bright mixed colors and leaving the icing roof white or pale blue, then use a brown crayon with different pressure to show the wood grain on the door. The printable page also gives younger kids lots of big spaces to fill in, while older kids can work on the small hearts and swirls.
