Giraffe Bounding Over the Grassy Plain

This smiling young giraffe races across an open grassy plain with its legs mid-stride and its tufted tail swinging behind. Little puffs of dust rise near the hooves and add a fun feeling of motion. In the background are two flat-topped acacia trees, a low line of bushes, and softly rounded mountains, with small grass tufts across the front. It has big friendly eyes, two knobby horns, a fuzzy mane down the neck, and a lovely pattern of rounded patches to fill in. Golden yellow with warm brown patches suits the giraffe, and soft greens are good for the trees and grass. Large shapes and clear outlines work for preschoolers and early elementary kids. Free to print for animal lessons or a quiet afternoon at the table. Love this Giraffe coloring page? You might also enjoy our Wolves and Lion coloring pages.
