Giraffe Hatchimal Sitting Pretty with Tiny Wings
Coloring guide
A sweet, big-headed giraffe-style Hatchimal sits facing forward with its round feet out in front. It has two knobby horns, small pointed ears and a little leaf or bow shape on top of its head. Bold dark spots mark the forehead, and the large shiny eyes have little highlights and lashes. Below them, a wide oval snout carries a gentle smile. A patch of overlapping feather shapes runs down the long neck, and a small wing sticks out on each side of the body. The page has no background, so kids can focus on the character. Soft yellow and orange suit the body, brown works for the spots, and the feather patch can be any bright color you like. Grab this free printable to grow your coloring page collection. A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- golden yellow
- chocolate brown
- cream
- leaf green
- light brown
- baby pink
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big head, neck, and body in golden yellow, leaving the eye shines and the muzzle area for later.
- 2Fill the oval muzzle in cream so it stands out softly in the middle of the face.
- 3Color both wings in leaf green, then add the brown feet and back paws at the bottom of the body.
- 4Use chocolate brown for the mane on the chest and the tufts on top of the head, plus the horn tops in light brown.
- 5Add baby pink inside both ears, then leave the eye shines white and add the black spots and eyes last.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker brown shading along the edges of the mane and feet for depth.
