Girl Cheering at the Golf Hole
Coloring guide
The best part of this page is the joy on the girl's face. She wears a visor cap with a ponytail and pumps her fist in celebration next to a golf hole. She's in a collared polo shirt, a pleated skirt, short socks and sneakers, with one hand resting on a putter and a golf ball on the grass by her feet. A tall flagpole with a triangle flag stands to the right, close to the round hole. A few leafy trees and bushes line the rolling green behind her, and small grass tufts are dotted across the ground. Large shapes and clear outlines work well for younger kids, and the ball's dimples and the polo collar give older kids some detail. A bright red or sunny yellow flag will stand out nicely on a fresh green lawn. It's a free printable for a sports afternoon at home or in class. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big background areas: color the grass strips and field in light green, leaving the white areas around the bushes and the golf hole untouched.
- 2Color the trees and bushes in forest green and leaf green, and add the tree trunks in tan brown.
- 3Fill the girl's skin in peach, then color her pleated skirt in sky blue and the polo shirt and cap in hot pink.
- 4Color the ponytail and cap details in chocolate brown, the flag in bright red, and the flagpole and its top ball in golden yellow.
- 5Finish with small details: the putter in charcoal gray, the golf ball and shoes, socks and eye whites left white, and the pale pink on the cap brim.
- 6Optional: Add a little shading to the skirt and shirt with a slightly darker shade of the same color for more depth.
