Girl Peeking in the Bushes on an Easter Egg Hunt
Coloring guide
A cheerful girl in a bow headband kneels by a big leafy bush. One hand gently pushes back a branch while the other holds a woven basket. She's wearing overalls over a long-sleeved shirt, and her wide-eyed grin tells you she's loving the search for eggs. At the bottom of the page a decorated egg with dots and wavy stripes rests in the grass, and two more patterned eggs peek out by a wooden picket fence on the right. Tulips and rounded bushes fill the background, and tufts of grass cover the foreground. Big leaf shapes and chunky outlines are easy for small hands. Soft purples and pinks suit the tulips, and bright, mismatched colors on the eggs help them stand out from the green grass. This free printable works for preschoolers and early elementary kids alike. Add this to your Easter Egg Hunt coloring page collection, alongside Easter Eggs and Easter Bunny.

- 2Fill her hair with chestnut brown, then color the overalls denim blue and the sleeves, headband and bow bubblegum pink.
- 3Color the bushes and grass with leaf green and bright green, adding lime green to the grass tufts, and keep the fence white.
- 4Fill the basket with caramel brown and the egg inside it with olive green, then color the tulips coral red and lemon yellow.
- 5Decorate the eggs on the ground and in the grass with sky blue, lemon yellow, light orange, deep orange and pink.
- 6Optional: add a slightly darker shade of each color along one side of the shapes for a bit of depth, and keep the small highlights white.
