Girl Stretching on Mat, a Martial Arts Warm-Up Page
Coloring guide
A cheerful little girl with a bouncy ponytail sits on an exercise mat, legs spread wide, reaching forward to hold her toes. She wears a short-sleeved t-shirt and leggings, and her big eyes and open smile say she's having a great time. On the left is a water bottle with a loop on the cap, and tucked behind her on the right is a small gym bag with two handles. Shapes are large and clean for little hands, and the mat leaves a roomy area for bold color. A purple mat, a sky-blue water bottle and a pink gym bag would make the objects stand out. Keep this free page handy to print, and run off a few extra copies while you're at it. Add this to your Martial Arts coloring page collection, alongside Swimming and NHL / Hockey.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big blue exercise mat using sky blue, leaving the thin edge lines clean.
- 2Color the girl's skin areas (face, neck, ears, arms) with light peach, keeping the eye whites, teeth and sock cuffs white.
- 3Fill the ponytail and hair with chocolate brown, then add the pink hair tie with hot pink.
- 4Color the leggings with lavender purple and the gym bag with lavender purple and bubblegum pink stripes.
- 5Add the bubblegum pink t-shirt, hot pink socks, and light aqua water bottle, then color the bottle cap and bands with ocean blue.
- 6Optional: Add a little light gray under the shirt hem and on the sock stripe for a soft shadow effect.
