Close-Up Grinch Face With Santa Hat and Droopy Brows

A close-up of the Grinch's face fills the page, shown with a big curved grin, a small bumpy nose and round oval eyes. The heavy, drooping eyebrows are drawn with dark, thick strokes, which gives him a sheepish look despite the wide smile. He wears a floppy Santa hat with a fluffy, cloud-shaped trim, and the long tip of the hat hangs down on the left side. Fuzzy fur edges frame his cheeks and chin, ending in a pointed tuft below the mouth. This printable page is a good pick for practicing shading. Try layering two shades of green to make the fur look soft, then use bright red for the hat and leave the trim white. The big open areas are easy for younger kids to fill in.
