A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the skin: fill the baby's face, ears, chin and hands with peach skin, leaving the eye whites untouched.
- 2Color the tray, bib and rattle dots with lemon yellow, and the tray edge with golden yellow.
- 3Fill the chair backrest and seat cushion with grass green, then paint the chair frame and legs warm orange brown.
- 4Color the baby's sleeves, shirt and pants with sky blue, and the shoes with light blue.
- 5Paint the bowl royal blue and the spoon handle tomato red, keeping the bowl rim and spoon bowl highlights white. Fill the spoon bowl with pale blue.
- 6Color the hair medium brown, then add the rattle stripes in tomato red, grass green and royal blue, with a tomato red handle. Optional: add a little darker shading under the hair and along the chair edges for depth.
