Behind the big windshield of a rounded bus, a cheerful young driver in a peaked cap grins with both hands on the steering wheel. The bus has a face of its own, with two round headlights for eyes and a curved smile across the front. On the side are three tall windows, a double door, a round wheel and a side mirror, and a destination sign sits above the windshield. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the bus body, roof, and front panel with bright yellow, leaving the white headlight circles and road background white.
- 2Fill the tall windows and windshield with light sky blue, and color the roof window strip and side mirrors with bright blue.
- 3Paint the door and the lower side stripe in golden yellow and deep blue, then add the bushes on both sides in leaf green.
- 4Color the driver's face and hands with peach skin, his hair with chocolate brown, and his cap and seat in deep blue.
- 5Fill the wheels with charcoal gray, add light gray for the hubs and bumper, and keep the small bumper plates white.
- 6Optional: Add a little shading with a darker yellow or gray along the bus edges to give it more depth.
