A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the sun, the duck's body, wing and belly in golden yellow, leaving the duck's cheek highlight white.
- 2Fill the three clouds with sky blue, then color the duck's beak and both feet in bright orange.
- 3Paint the butterfly's upper wings with light orange and lavender, its outer wing edges in bright orange, and its head and body in deep violet.
- 4Color the grass and clover leaves with grass green and pale green, leaving the thin grass edges and flower stalks white.
- 5Add the small blooms in coral pink and lavender, and keep the daisy petals white with golden yellow centers.
- 6Optional: Add a slightly deeper yellow along the underside of the duck's body for a little depth.
