Horned Ghost on a Flowery Tombstone With Pumpkins and Bats (Gengar Section)
Coloring guide
Two curly horns top this grinning little ghost, who sits on a rounded tombstone with its wavy body draped over the edge and big sparkly eyes full of delight. The stone has a flower on top, leafy branches and two small blooming flowers at the sides, and the center is left blank for a name or a silly message. Three smiling bats with tiny fangs flutter nearby. Below, two ribbed pumpkins, leafy bushes, grass tufts and a flower patch cover the ground. Chunky crayons handle the big, clean shapes fine, and older kids can enjoy the petals and pumpkin ridges. A pale mint green ghost with bright orange pumpkins gives a friendly Halloween feel. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the big ghost body with pale lilac, leaving the eyes and the little shine spots white.
- 2Color the tombstone and the stones at its bottom with light gray, so the ghost looks like it is sitting on top.
- 3Paint both pumpkins orange and give their stems and leaves a leaf green touch.
- 4Color the ghost horns butter yellow, then fill the flower petals with bright yellow and the middle of the wreath flower with orange.
- 5Color the bat wings soft purple, and fill the bat faces and the ghost's mouth with charcoal gray and maroon, adding a soft pink tongue.
- 6Optional: add a little darker shading on the ghost's lower edges with a deeper lilac to make it look more rounded.
