Interlocking Rings Mandala with Wavy Scroll Border

A round mandala is built around an open white circle in the middle, surrounded by a ring of overlapping linked circles that look like chain mail. Around that chain, bands of thick outlined loops weave over and under each other in a repeating pattern. Near the outer edge, S-shaped scrolls curl into spirals, and many of them end in a small circle with a smaller circle inside.
