Kawaii Unicorn Cake With Sprinkles and Hearts

A tall round cake with a smiling kawaii face sits on a plate, topped with a spiral unicorn horn and two pointed ears. Big shiny eyes, small oval cheeks and a tiny curved smile give it a sweet look. Wavy icing drips down the front and sides, dotted with short sprinkle shapes, and a row of round candy balls runs along the top edge. Three hearts line the bottom of the cake, just above the plate rim. The large shapes are easy for younger kids to fill in, while the sprinkles and candy balls are good for practicing small, careful strokes. Try coloring the icing and sprinkles in a different rainbow shade for each one, then pick a soft pastel for the cake body so the eyes and hearts stand out. This printable page also works well for a birthday party table or a rainy afternoon craft.
