Kitten Cuddling a Baby Bunny in the Daisies (Mewtwo Page)
Coloring guide
In a flower garden, a fluffy, big-eyed kitten sits upright and looks down at a tiny bunny snuggled against its chest. The kitten has round ears, a leaf-shaped mark on its forehead, a little smile and a big plume of a tail curling up behind. Its paw rests gently on the bunny's head while the bunny looks up sweetly, with long ears, whiskers and a puffy tail. Tall daisies with long leaves frame both sides, and low flowers and grass tufts fill the bottom corners. Tails, fur tufts and petals leave lots of room for detail work. Orange and cream suit the kitten, light gray the bunny, and the daisies could have yellow centers with pink or purple petals. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the kitten: fill its head, body, tail, and front paw with warm orange, leaving the eye whites and the flower petals white.
- 2Color the bunny's whole body in light gray, including its back and front foot, then add soft pink inside its long ears.
- 3Fill the centers of the daisies with golden yellow, and leave every petal white so they stand out.
- 4Paint the leaves and the grass tufts with leaf green, and give the small forehead gem a cream color with a warm orange center.
- 5Keep the background, the bunny's cheek, and the bunny's paw highlight white, and leave the eye whites bright.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of warm orange on the kitten's tail and gray on the bunny's belly for a bit of depth.
