Little Bear Tossing Autumn Leaves, Filed Under Gengar
Coloring guide
A cheerful round little bear sits on the ground with both arms flung up, mouth open in a big smile and wide eyes following the leaves floating around him. Maple and oak leaves drift down on every side, with a few small motion lines showing them tumble. More leaves lie in the grass at his feet beside small grass tufts. A tall bare tree trunk with long branches frames the right side. Big shapes and clean outlines make this free printable a good match for preschoolers and early elementary kids still working on pencil control. Warm reds, oranges and golden yellows look right on the leaves, and a soft brown or lavender bear stands out against them. - 2Color the tree trunk and branches with dark brown, keeping the little highlight streaks on the trunk white.
- 3Paint the open mouth soft pink and add a touch of brick red along the top edge of the mouth.
- 4Color the falling maple leaves with bright red and the oak-shaped leaves with deep orange and warm orange, mixing a few golden yellow and honey yellow ones.
- 5Fill the ground leaves at the bottom using the same mix of bright red, deep orange, golden yellow and honey yellow, leaving the background white.
- 6Optional: add light shading with a slightly darker brown on the bear's body and a few darker strokes on the leaves for depth.
