Mulan Peeking Over a Large Folded Fan

A young woman with dark hair pulled into a top bun peeks over the edge of a big open hand fan, her head tilted and a playful smile on her face. A small hair ornament sits at the base of the bun and she wears a drop earring. She holds the fan against her chest with both arms. Her long robe has wide sleeves, a sash at the waist, and loose panels of fabric that hang down in pointed, flowing ends. The fan shows narrow ribs near the handle and two plain outer panels, which leave lots of open space to color. Try a soft gradient on the fan, from deep pink at the ribs to pale pink at the edge, then pick contrasting colors for the robe and sash. The bold outlines make it easy for younger kids to stay inside the lines, and this printable page works well for a quiet afternoon.
