Mushu the Dragon Holding a Gong and Mallet

Mushu the Dragon Holding a Gong and Mallet coloring page

Coloring guide

A small, long-bodied dragon stands upright on two clawed feet, holding a big round gong that hangs from a stand beside him. In one hand he grips a mallet with a round head. His eyebrows are lowered and his eyes are narrowed, so he looks a bit grumpy or smug. He has two little horns, a pointed ear, a long thin whisker curling from his snout, and a spiky tuft along his face. His tail is long and swoops around in a big curve that ends in a feathery tip. This is Mushu from Mulan, and the clean outlines make the page easy for kids to color. Try a warm gold or bronze for the gong with a darker ring around the rim, then pick a bright red or orange for his scaly body. The printable page also works well for talking about loud and soft sounds and how a gong is played.
