Our Only Home Mandala Globe With Animals for Earth Day

A round globe sits in the middle of the page, with the continents drawn as plain white shapes over a detailed mandala pattern. The mandala has a flower-like center, rings of small petals, and fine line shading in the background. Around the edge of the globe, a dozen animal silhouettes walk along the outline, including what look like a turtle, a cat, a dog, a bear, and a few four-legged animals. Curved lettering above reads "Never forget, Earth is" and the bottom text reads "Our only home." The letters are outlined, so kids can color them in too. Try coloring the continents in greens and browns and filling the mandala petals with blues, then give each animal its own color. This free printable also works well for an Earth Day talk about the animals that share our planet. The small mandala sections are good practice for older kids with fine-tip markers or colored pencils.
