Park Stroll with Barbie and Her Shaggy Little Dog
Coloring guide
A fashion doll walks through a leafy park, one hand on her hip, with her long high ponytail and its ribbon swinging behind her. Her strapless ruffled top and short flared skirt are covered in patterned panels, dots and geometric shapes, and she finishes the look with pointed high heels. A leash runs from her hand down to a small shaggy dog sitting at her feet, with a tuft of hair tied up on its head. Flowering bushes, tall leafy trees and a curved park bench fill in behind them. Because the skirt panels can each be a different color, this free printable is a good match for kids who love detailed outfits. Bright pink and purple look nice on the skirt, with soft greens for the trees and bushes so the doll pops. Kids who like Barbie coloring pages usually enjoy Dog Man and Puppy Dog Pals too.

- 1Start with the sky: color the blue areas behind Barbie and the trees with sky blue, leaving the white gaps around the trees.
- 2Fill Barbie's skin areas, including her face, arms, and both legs, with peach skin.
- 3Color the big green hedge, bushes, and grass with leaf green and grass green, adding darker green to the bushes around the path.
- 4Use hot pink for the top, then rose pink and baby pink for the patterned skirt, and very light pink for the skirt hem.
- 5Color her long ponytail and hair with golden yellow, and give the dog's ears a light brown shade.
- 6Optional: Leave the dog's fur white or add a few light gray strokes for fluffy texture, and keep the eyes and shine spots white.
