Little Penguin Decorating a Christmas Tree

This baby penguin wears a fluffy Santa hat with a pom-pom and reaches up to hang a round ornament on a small snowy tree. The ornament has wavy stripes, and the penguin's beak is open in a happy smile as it admires its work. Behind it, rolling snowy hills stretch out with three igloos made of ice blocks and two little snow-dusted pines on the horizon. The tree has layered branches with scalloped snow edges and stands on a short trunk. Big shapes and clean, bold outlines make this free printable easy for preschoolers and early elementary kids. A bright red hat with white trim looks good, and a shiny blue or gold ornament will stand out against the green tree. It's a nice fit for a quiet classroom activity or a cozy afternoon at home.
