Pickup Basketball Game Between Two Boys
Coloring guide
One boy in a sleeveless jersey and shorts holds a basketball high in one hand, lining up a shot at the hoop. The other, a curly-haired boy in a short-sleeved shirt and shorts, spreads both arms wide to block him and grins the whole time. In the background there's a backboard with a net, a chain-link fence, a leafy bush and a bicycle parked by the fence. Court lines curve across the ground under their sneakers. Kids who love pickup games and friendly competition will like this free printable, and the clear outlines work for a range of ages. Giving the players contrasting jerseys, say bright blue and sunny orange, makes it easy to see who's shooting and who's defending. The bike and bush leave extra room for color fun. Kids who like Basketball coloring pages usually enjoy MLB / Baseball and NFL / Football too.

- 2Fill the bush and the chain-link fence with grass green, leaving the small white leaf shapes in the bush white.
- 3Color the left boy's shirt golden yellow, his shorts cobalt blue, and his shoes royal blue, keeping his socks white.
- 4Color the right boy's tank top and shorts red, add his red shoes, and keep the white stripes on his shorts and the white socks.
- 5Fill the basketball and the bicycle with orange and light gray, and color the skin tones tan for the left boy and light skin for the right boy, with dark brown and medium brown hair.
- 6Optional: Leave the backboard and its frame white, and add a slightly darker shade of each color along one side for a bit of depth.
