Picnic Pickup Truck Parked Under a Tree

Seen from a back corner, a pickup truck sits on a grassy hill with a picnic packed in its open bed. A woven wicker basket with a handle and clasp rests next to a big striped beach ball, and a checkered blanket hangs over the open tailgate. On the right, a leafy tree with a thick trunk drops a few leaves, and rounded bushes and rolling hills fill the background. Tufts of grass dot the ground, and three big-petaled flowers bloom in the bottom corners. Wide outlines are easy for small hands to follow, while the basket weave and blanket squares give older kids detail to work on. Warm red suits the truck, red and white the blanket, and the beach ball can be every color of the rainbow. A free printable for a quiet afternoon at home or in class. This fits right in with our Truck coloring pages — see also Monster Trucks and Cars.
