Pig Splashing in a Muddy Puddle

Coloring guide
This little pig is lying back in the middle of a wavy puddle, grinning with its mouth wide open and its eyes sparkling. All four hooves are kicked up in the air, and the curly tail pokes out at the bottom. Big water drops fly around, so it looks like a giant splash. Tufts of grass sit in the corners, and the puddle has soft, loopy edges that small hands can follow easily. The round belly, floppy ears and snout are roomy enough for preschoolers and early elementary kids. It's a free printable that suits farm-animal units or rainy-day activities. Brown for the mud and pale pink for the pig would look right, and light blue drops will stand out nicely. Add this to your Pig coloring page collection, alongside Horses and Cow.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the pig's head, round belly, raised leg, and curly tail with soft pink.
- 2Color the outer ear with soft pink and the inner part of the ear and the snout with rose pink.
- 3Fill the open mouth's tongue with coral red, leaving the rest of the mouth area as you like.
- 4Color all the hooves and the splashes around the pig with mud brown, including the big puddle at the bottom.
- 5Leave the background and any highlights white so the muddy scene stands out.
- 6Optional: add a few light strokes of rose pink on the belly and head for a softer, rounded look.
