Plump Turkey Looking Up With a Half Circle Tail

Coloring guide
A plump turkey stands facing left with its head turned slightly upward, one round eye and a small beak visible, and a long wattle hanging down along its neck. Behind it, a large tail fans out in a half circle, made of rounded feather sections arranged in rows, with smaller shapes near the middle and bigger panels along the outer edge. The body is covered in little scalloped feather marks, and a few short lines show the wing on the right side. Two thin legs end in long, spread toes. This free printable gives kids plenty of different spaces to work with. Try coloring each row of tail feathers in a different shade, like deep red, orange, yellow, and brown, then talk about how a real turkey's feathers have layers of color too. The big body is a nice spot to practice light shading.
