Patrol Car for a Police Officer with Flashing Siren
Coloring guide
Here's a small police car parked on the road, with a siren on the roof and short rays around it to show the light is flashing. The side door has a star badge, and you'll also find two big round wheels, a side window, a rounded bumper and a little headlight. Up above, a plain round sun with rays sits next to a puffy cloud, and dashed road lines run along the bottom. Thick outlines and roomy spaces suit preschoolers and early elementary kids still working on crayon control. Red or blue would look great on the siren, and yellow works nicely for the sun. It's a free printable that fits a classroom helpers lesson, a quiet afternoon, or any kid who loves cars. Kids who like Police Officer coloring pages usually enjoy For Girls and For Kids too.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the cloud and both car windows with sky blue, leaving small gaps to keep the shapes clear.
- 2Fill the main car body, the rear part and both big tires with charcoal gray, pressing lightly for an even tone.
- 3Color the siren dome and the right taillight with bright red so they stand out on the car.
- 4Color the sun, its rays, the star on the door and the three road dashes with golden yellow, then add pale yellow to the left headlight.
- 5Fill the bumpers, side mirror and siren base with medium gray, and the wheel rims with light gray.
- 6Color the two wheel centers bright blue and leave the empty space under the car white. Optional: add a few light diagonal strokes on the gray areas for a sketchy texture.
