Puppy Pom-Pom Cheerleading Fun at the Stadium

A happy puppy dressed for cheerleading stands in the middle of the page. One paw holds a fluffy pom-pom high, and the other keeps a second pom-pom down by its side. The pup has big sparkly eyes, floppy ears, a wide smile, and a tongue sticking out, and its tail curls up behind. It wears a V-neck sweater with striped trim and a pleated skirt with bands at the waist and hem. Behind the puppy are stadium bleachers, two floodlight towers, three balloons in the sky, and small tufts of grass on the ground. Golden yellow pom-poms and a bright red or blue uniform will help the puppy stand out from the stands. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the puppy's head, neck, arm, tail and legs with caramel orange, leaving the white eye shine and the sleeve stripe white.
- 2Fill the cheerleader's top, the skirt and the pleats with royal blue, keeping the white collar and waistband stripes.
- 3Color the stadium seats and the back wall with sky blue and beige, then the railing with pale blue gray.
- 4Fill the grass with grass green, leaving the field stripes and the small grass tufts white.
- 5Color the pom-poms with golden yellow, royal blue, pale yellow and sage gray, mixing them as you go, and make the left balloon red and the right balloon golden yellow.
- 6Finish with the pink tongue and the skirt's yellow hem stripe, then add the little white stripes on the pom-poms if you like. Optional: add a few light strokes of a darker shade for depth.
