Santa Grabbing Gifts Beside a Cuckoo Clock

Santa stands in the middle of the page holding a wrapped present with a big bow in one arm, while his other hand reaches toward an open sack filled with gifts. He wears a pointed hat with a pom-pom, a full curly beard, a mustache, and a belt with a large round buckle. Behind him on the left, a cuckoo clock hangs on the wall with two pendulum weights and a little bird perched on the roof. Around his boots you will find a small present with a bow, a stack of round boxes topped with another gift, and a spool of ribbon with a long curling strand. The clock hands sit near twelve, so it is a fun chance to talk about time and counting down to Christmas. Kids can also color each gift in a different pattern, such as stripes or dots, to make every box look unique. The large open shapes work well for crayons or markers.
