Sharing One Umbrella in the Rain: Diversity & Inclusion Page
Coloring guide
Two smiling kids stand shoulder to shoulder under one big umbrella while rain falls all around. They hold the handle together. The child on the left has short curly hair, and the one on the right has a ponytail tied with a small band and wavy bangs. Both wear hooded raincoats with large front pockets and tall rubber boots. Down at the bottom they stand in a puddle, with little splashes flying up on both sides. The umbrella is made of simple panels with rounded tips, so it's easy to color neatly. Big teardrop shapes across the page leave younger kids lots of room for bold crayon strokes. Try rainbow stripes on the umbrella, one color per panel, with yellow raincoats and red or green boots. It's a free printable for classroom time or a rainy day. Browse more Diversity & Inclusion coloring pages, or explore Hearts and For Kids for even more fun.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big umbrella: color the left panel tomato red, the right panel sky blue, and the top center panel golden yellow.
- 2Fill the boy's raincoat, hood, and boots with golden yellow, and the girl's raincoat, hood, and boots with rose pink.
- 3Color the faces and hands with tan skin for the boy and peach skin for the girl, then add chocolate brown to the boy's curly hair and caramel brown to the girl's hair and ponytail.
- 4Color the pants with denim blue, the pockets with tangerine orange, and the umbrella handle with amber gold, leaving the collars white.
- 5Add sky blue to the raindrops, splashes, and puddles on the ground, keeping small highlights white.
- 6Optional: Add a little steel blue shading under the umbrella and a bit of silver gray on the pole for depth.
