Six Pointed Star Mandala with Geometric Shapes

Six Pointed Star Mandala with Geometric Shapes coloring page

Coloring guide

A six pointed star fills the page, built from layers of angular and rounded shapes that repeat around the center. In the middle sits a small star outline, surrounded by a ring of teardrop and petal shapes tucked inside faceted frames. Moving outward, each of the six points holds long slanted bars, small triangles, half circles, and rows of tiny circles. Near the tip of every point is a little spiral-like circle with smaller dots beside it. The line work is bold and clean, with plenty of medium sized spaces that suit markers or colored pencils. Try giving each of the six points its own color pair, then use a single shade for all the teardrops in the center ring so the symmetry stands out. It also works well for talking about repeating patterns and counting sixes. Print as many copies as you need for a group.
