Sleeping Blastoise Under the Moon and Stars

This cozy bedtime scene shows a little Blastoise curled up fast asleep. The eyes are closed in gentle curves, there's a tiny smiling mouth and round cheeks, and the head rests on the front paws. A shell sits on the back with two big cannons poking out. Three small Z letters float overhead to show it's snoozing. Up top, a crescent moon and two outlined stars fill the sky, and a few flat pebbles are scattered on the ground around the turtle. Thick outlines and big shapes keep things easy for young kids, while the shell panels and cannon rings give older kids some detail to chew on. Soft blues for the body, warm brown for the shell and pale yellow for the moon and stars give it a nighttime feel. It's free to print or download for a classroom project or a weekend craft.
