Sleepy Cow Resting Under a Leafy Tree

Curled up on the grass in the shade of a big leafy tree, a sleepy cow rests with her eyes closed and a gentle smile. Three little birds sit on the branches overhead, one on the left and two on the right near the trunk. She has small horns, a fluffy tuft of hair and large patches across her body that are fun to color. Grass tufts and two small flowers dot the ground, and rounded bushes line the horizon. The wide open leaf shapes and patches make this easy for preschoolers, while the detailed bark gives older kids a challenge. Warm chocolate brown patches and bright yellow birds will stand out against the green leaves. Free to print for quiet time at home or in class.
