Kawaii Snowflake with a Big Happy Smile

Coloring guide
Right in the middle of this page sits a six-armed snowflake with a happy face: big round eyes, small curved eyebrows and an open smile. Every arm finishes in a forked, rounded tip, and the thick outlines are friendly for small hands. Diamond shapes run along the arms. The top and bottom arms get two stacked diamonds each, while each of the four side arms has just one. There's no background at all, so the focus stays on the snowflake. Icy light blue works well for the body, with purple or silver on the diamonds. If you leave the eyes as drawn, black pupils with white highlights will pop. It's a free page to print for a screen-free moment at home. Add this to your Snowflakes coloring page collection, alongside Christmas Lights and Santa Claus.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- pale ice blue
- ocean blue
- coral pink
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big snowflake body: fill all of its arms and the center with pale ice blue, leaving the two eye whites white.
- 2Color the diamond shapes on the top, bottom and side arms with ocean blue to make them pop against the pale body.
- 3Fill the open smiling mouth with coral pink, leaving a little white at the top edge if you like a soft shine.
- 4Leave both eye whites white, then add black pupils and small white sparkles so the eyes look bright and happy.
- 5Optional: add a few lighter strokes of pale ice blue or a darker blue along one side of each arm to give a gentle shaded look.
