A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the pig's body, ears, snout, and tail in soft pink, leaving the eye whites and the small cheek shine white.
- 2Color the hen's body, wings, and chest in cream white, then fill the hen's comb and wattle in bright red.
- 3Use violet purple for the butterfly's wings and lemon yellow for its body and head, adding tangerine orange to the spots on the wings.
- 4Fill the pig's inner ears with raspberry pink, the open mouth with bright red, and the hooves and front leg with warm brown.
- 5Color the hen's beak and feet in tangerine orange, then add grass green to the grass and flower leaves while keeping the flower petals and centers white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading along the edges of the pig and hen with a deeper tone of the same color for extra depth.
