Cheerful Pig Face with Floppy Ears and a Big Snout

Coloring guide
The whole page is taken up by one happy pig face, looking straight at you with a wide open-mouth smile. The big round eyes have shiny highlights and little lashes, and curved eyebrows make the pig look friendly. Two floppy ears fold down at the sides, a small tuft of hair pokes up on top, and the oval snout has two round nostrils. Floating in the white space are several torn strips or ribbon-like scraps, two in each corner area, which add some fun without crowding the page. The open shapes are easy for small hands, so preschoolers and early elementary kids should do well with it. Pick soft pink for the face and ears, a deeper rose for the snout and inner mouth, and any bright shades you like for the strips. Save it as a free PDF for a quiet creative moment. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the whole pig head with light pink, and leave the eye whites and the small shine spots white.
- 2Fill the inside of both floppy ears and the large snout with coral pink, including the two oval nostrils.
- 3Color the top edge of the open mouth with deep maroon, then fill the lower part of the mouth with coral pink.
- 4Color all the straw pieces around the pig with golden yellow.
- 5Optional: add a few light back-and-forth strokes of coral pink on the cheeks to give the head a softer, shaded look.
