Round Smiling Fish Adult Coloring Page with Bubbles
Coloring guide
In the middle of this ocean page swims a cheerful round fish with a big shiny eye, a small curved smile and a raised eyebrow line. Wavy vertical stripes decorate its body, and a column of circles runs near the tail. The large fan-shaped top fin, the side fin and the tail are all drawn with simple lines, so they're easy to fill in. Bubbles of different sizes float above and beside the fish, and two clumps of wavy seaweed grow from small rocks in the bottom corners. Bold outlines and roomy shapes help kids who are still working on pencil control, and the patterns will keep older children interested too. Try a different bright color on each stripe, maybe orange, yellow and turquoise, with pale blue bubbles. Free to print for quiet time at home or in class. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the fish body: color the front part and the lower section golden yellow, and the middle stripes orange, leaving the thin strip along the right edge golden yellow too.
- 2Fill the big top fin, the tail, and the bottom fins and pectoral fin with bright blue, leaving the thin lines between the fin rays uncolored so they stand out.
- 3Color the round spots on the orange body with turquoise, then fill the bubbles with pale sky blue.
- 4Add the seaweed in grass green and the two rocks at the bottom in light gray.
- 5Use coral pink for the open mouth and leave the eye white and the small shine in the eye white.
- 6Optional: Add a little shading on the lower edge of the fins with a slightly darker tone of the same color for extra depth.
